Request Account Deletion

What will be deleted

• Your profile, avatar, and reader-type settings.
• Your reviews, ratings, confessions, comments, and shelves.
• Your direct messages and book-club memberships.
• Your follower/following relationships and referral history.

Some information may need to be kept for legal, security, or accounting reasons, but it will no longer be linked to your identity or visible in the app.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@troprapp.com with the subject line Request account deletion. Include the email address associated with your TROPR account.

We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. If you change your mind, you can cancel the request before we process it.

Signed in?

If you are signed in, your account email (not detected) will be included in the request automatically.
